For commercial imports, standard documentation includes the Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading or Airway Bill, Letter of Credit (L/C), Import Registration Certificate (IRC), and VAT/BIN certificates. Export clearances require the Export Registration Certificate (ERC), Shipping Bill, and relevant origin certificates.

Volumetric weight is computed using the industry formula: (Length x Width x Height in cm) / 6000. Chargeable weight is determined by comparing this volumetric weight against the actual gross weight, applying whichever value is higher.

Full Container Load (FCL) dedicates an entire shipping container to one client. Less than Container Load (LCL) combines cargo from multiple shippers into a shared container, providing a cost-effective solution for smaller consignments.
